Typify
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Typify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Typify provides a platform for technical interview preparation, coding challenges, and skill assessment. Features may include mock interviews with camera and audio recording, coding exercises, performance analytics, and job matching.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Typify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it as necessary to operate the Service.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for content you submit. By submitting content (including interview recordings, code submissions, and profile information), you grant Typify a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Payment and Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are stated at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Typify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
