What We Access

We request Camera and Audio permission to record mock interview questions.

How We Use It

Media captured is used only to provide feedback on body language and tone of voice, which we share with you in a report. The analysis is only available to you and no other users.

Where Data Is Processed & Stored

Uploaded to our lone server in order to run analysis so that we can provide you with a feedback report.

We do not share camera content with third parties but we do currently transcribe audio through OpenAI's Whisper API.

Retention

Retained on our servers until you delete your account. We do this so you can review at any time and compare feedback to actual source recordings.

Your Choices

You can revoke the Camera permission in Settings at any time. It is entirely opt-in.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

Data in transit between the app and our servers is protected with HTTPS/TLS
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls and is logged
We regularly apply security patches and review code/dependencies
We retain data only as long as needed for you to review your recording and delete it upon request where applicable

Despite our efforts, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
